Info: The inability to truly relate to anyone. Trying to come to understand your struggle I can only share relatively the way to convey something in braille is beyond my understanding Visited the Cambridge Art Gallery @ Idea exchange with mum. I made a painting inspired by my experience. In the center of the work is braille I created on a typewriter at the exhibit. I have no idea what it says, and I have no idea how to properly use a braille type writer. That discouraging feeling, and inability to connect was a minor experience in my life. That kind of occurrence deaf/blind people experience on a daily basis. Its painted in gold to symbolize the value of the impact the exhibit had on me, and the white is a nod to Jim Tubb who taught me through his art work to express reductive emotions in that way. The blue detail is isolating and rough representing how I can best imagine life might be like as a deaf or blind person. But yet overall I still find joy in it. As we all must do somehow in the circumstances of life we find ourselves in
